Metastatic Breast Cancer is a stage IV breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, usually the liver, brain, bones, or lungs. A metastatic tumor in a different part of the body is formed from the cancer cells in the breast.

- The five-year survival rate of women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer is increasing, especially among women aged 15 – 39.
