Mental health disorder refers to a wide range of mental health conditions that affects the mood, thinking and behavior.

Anyone is at some risk of developing a mental health disorder, regardless of age, sex, income, or ethnicity. The following are possible signs of a mental health disorder

  • Withdrawing from friends, family, and colleagues
  • Avoiding activities they would normally enjoy
  • Sleeping too much or too little
  • Eating too much or too little
  • Feeling hopeless
  • Having consistently low energy
  • Using mood-altering substances, including alcohol and nicotine, more frequently
  • Displaying negative emotions

Counselling is a form of therapy that involves our trained specialist listening to you and helping you find find ways to deal with emotional issues. We help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, thoughts processes and help you find solutions to these problems.

Counseling can take place; physically, individually, in a group or Teletherapy.

Teletherapy is a mental health counseling service  offered online or  via telecommunication and digital communications to facilitate long distance therapeutic and health care services.

Teletherapy is an ideal options for people who find it difficult to access therapy in person such as people who cannot leave their homes, people in remote areas or people in different countries.

The service is basically the same as our office visit but instead of seeing us at our facility, we will use a digital face to face medium. Once connected, our therapists will access your condition, provide guidance and feedbacks. Please note that teletherapy is not for all conditions as some would require physical meetings at our facility.
